WAIMH Social Media Guidelines and Volunteers

 

Dear WAIMH members and WAIMH Affiliates!

 

WAIMH  is about to step into the Social Media era. We have prepared the step by choosing the WAIMH channels and by creating a draft of the Guidelines for the use of Social Media.

* Please find a link in Google docs to the draft of WAIMH Social Media Guidelines. We ask each of you to participate in this process by making possible comments in the Google docs draft by 16th November, 2014.

* Secondly, we are looking for Infant Mental Health specialists, who have an interest in Social Media and networking. We are looking for volunteers to start working with WAIMH by producing content and collaborating online as Admin of the different Social Media tools. We will use Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube and Slide Share. We would like to have a Social Media contact person from each WAIMH Affiliate.

We will ask each volunteer to participate in online training sessions: 1) WAIMH Social Media background, 2) WAIMH Social Media Guidelines and 3) Training on the different Social Media channels. So you will learn something new. The volunteers will receive constant online support.
